Please use the form below to request a make-up class. While we do our best to accommodate all requests, please note that make-up classes are subject to availability and are not guaranteed. Make-up classes may not be available for all class levels.
Once you submit the form, you will receive 2 confirmation emails:
- An automated email from the website informing you that the form has been submitted successfully
- A personal email from our registration manager to confirm whether or not we are able to accommodate your request at this time. Your make-up class is not confirmed until you receive the second email.

Please note: many of our classes are on wait lists at this time. You may still select a wait-listed class, but please make a note that you would like the first available day. We will contact you when we have openings due to scheduled absences.
Make-up classes must be scheduled and attended within the same session of the absence. Please limit your make-up classes to a maximum of 2 / session.
